Henry and Sadie (Speer) Dickens were among St. Petersburg’s early settlers, arriving in 1900 to take their place among the city’s social and business elite. In 1912, they built this Arts & Crafts style home in the city’s newly burgeoning residential district, adjacent to the downtown. That neighborhood has become Saint Petersburg’s historic Old Northeast section.

New owners Carlos and Kevin are excited to carry on the legacy of Ed Caldwell by continuing to provide guests with outstanding hospitality excellent accommodations.
